    Okay any Council is risk adverse, risk is that they will be on the from page for all the wrong reasons. So this is a given and the folks with the
    "radical" idea and lower cost had to battle the elected folks. In this case
    the Council have accepted the "radical" solution and now we have an
    experiment. This system needs to be monitored over the next few years for
    the cost and the output quality along with some suggested improvements.

    $1.2m dollars for this experiment is going to be worth while. There are many small towns in NZ which need sewage treatment.

    New technology takes some time to establish itself. Often I think that a bit more risk taking should be done in NZ. (Considered and valuated that is)
