Yes that headline is in to-days main stream media.

Reading the article I am reminded of the Sweedish model, the need to keep things in balance, to consider all aspects of the real world. The blue sky picture.

Sure its complex and the target moves but so does the oil supply risk in to-days world.

It is an article worthwhile reading if and only if, it shows that the media
is regaining it's purpose, to ask hard questions, which hold the Goverment(s) to account inform the public.

This article is a small step, but an important one.

I agree with most of the actions the author advocates, however the
'elephant in the room' is compliance with epidemic mitigations that
restrict our everyday freedoms (such as lockdowns). It is clear to me
that any future epidemic that results in measures that restrict our
freedoms, will face far less voluntary compliance. In short,
businesses wont voluntarily close nor will we stay home.
