AFAIK, Israel hasn't broken any of the Olympic rules. My memory is that Russia was banned for doping their athletes. That has nothing to do with Israel.

If you want to turn this into an Israel vs. Russia issue, please state the reasons why.

The IOC made their rulings long before the 2024 Summer Olympics.
