Comedian and HBO host Bill Maher appeared taken aback when his guest, actor Michael Rapaport, revealed just how unsafe people feel in New York City u
even during the daylight hours.

Rapaport joined Maher on his oClub Randomo podcast, where he described a number of situations in which his wife had felt unsafe in New York City u and then told Maher that every scenario heAd described had taken place between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

IAm sorry that whatever youAre on, and whatever got you to this place, but youAre touching my wife at 3 p.m. at 47th and 6th. I want this person put the f*** away forever. Period! And thereAs other women in New York City that also feel uncomfortable and unsafe.o
