After careful consideration, I decided to keep the NNTP news.tcpreset
    server as it currently stands,
both in terms of the server version and the addition of TLS reader ports. However, important privacy changes have been made to the headers of
    clients posting through our facility.

Everything is well documented on this page.

I couldn't resist and added also TLS port 563 for readers
    to the news.tcpreset usenet server.

    Hope you like it!

added BLAKE2b header anonymization, X-No-Archive enforcement, Nym header ordering, and NNTPS on port 563 via stunnel with ChaCha20-only ciphers.

Yes, I will then have to add port 563 support for the new
GUI interface of Radio Eriwan which is in service already.

BTW. We could in the future also test the official nym-client, if you
would hook it up to your nntp server and I would hook it up to Radio Eriwan, thus web users traffic would route directly through the Nym Mixnet. :-)

I think this would hopefully be possible for me, as Radio Eriwan is located
in the Russian Federation, and I hope I get not in trouble there.

This is the hardware that Russia has mandated for every Russian ISP. Physically, they are boxes installed in the operators' data centers,
between the ISP and the internet backbone.

    Roskomnadzor controls them centrally and
can send rule updates without affecting the ISP.

Yes, I know. But it would not degrade the posters anonymity
and should still work with the Nym Mixnet.
