Sorry about that, there seems to be a bug in the tcltls code I use to
support https connections. I'm trying to track it down.

I suspect it's either a malicious site, or it has been hacked ...

I went through the hoops to sign-up [using a unique email addr for the purpose] and instead of receiving a sign-up confirmation email, I
received some scam attempt claiming I'd tried to register chinese domain
names and trade marks!

It has had a number of crashes recently related to TclTls
- https://core.tcl-lang.org/tcltls/home - this enables Tcl programs to
use the encryption needed for https connections. I'm working with the
TclTls maintainer to try to track down the cause of that.
