From Newsgroup: news.software.nntp

I'm using a stock Debian stable 13.4 install, with innd2 installed from the .debs. I downloaded and installed the pgp keys from https://ftp.isc.org/pub/pgpcontrol/ into /etc/news/pgp/pubring.kbx, and my control.ctl file has checkgroups:group-admin@isc.org:comp.*|humanities.*|misc.*|news.*|rec.*|sci.*|soc.*|talk.*:verify-news.announce.newgroups
but I just get two emails (I'm assuming for the old signing key and the new one) with the command to issue, rather than having it process automatically. How can I get it to process them automatically?

Check if your gpg version match, and have the correct key installed (and readable by controlchan) to process it. You can do it manually (read the manpage carefully).
