BinktermPHP is a multi-protocol BBS platform built around native FTN messaging, with a browser interface, a native BinkP mailer, terminal (Telnet/SSH) access, QWK, NNTP, Gemini, and a door game framework. Supports AI interaction and written with AI help. Licensed under BSD-3-Clause.
Version 1.10.5 with NNTP readers access daemon was released yesterday.
As name suggests, it is written in PHP and supports deployment as usual (with installer/composer) and in Docker.

I'm not an author of BinkTermPHP, but I'm the one who whined extensively to get NNTP readers support. Kind-of killer feature - seamless quotation format conversion between NNTP and FTN (first one uses only ">" for quotes, second one uses initials and ">" like "SN>>>").
