    note that followups are set to news.groups.

    After a careful review of the Big-8 Management Board's activity and
    process, on May 8, 2020, a new member was voted in to the Board:

    Rayner Lucas

    We believe that he has the technical and social skills necessary
    to help maintain the Big-8. Please give him your support while
    we continue the vision, mission, and goals of the Big-8 Board.
