    Hi admins,

    please be advised that the server news.nntp4.net will undergo scheduled maintenance on February 20, 2026, starting at 08:00 CET.

    During this time, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to
    hardware modifications and the resolution of an issue within the news spool.

    The maintenance work is expected to be completed no later than 12:00 CET
    on the same day.

    We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience
    this may cause.

    March 11, 2026, as the required hardware will not be available in time.

    On February 20, 2026, the server will be taken offline at approximately
    8:00 a.m. for about 30 minutes in order to resolve an issue within the
    news pool. The system is expected to be fully operational again by approximately 8:30 a.m.

    I had intended to carry out all work on a single day; however, the
    server upgrade by the hosting provider has been postponed from February
    20, 2026.
