  • [error report] Ping Admin of Hostname [paganini.bofh.team]

    I notice that the server is not updating message spool and failing to propagate some messages.

    When I tried to connect to the client port (119) via telnet I got this error multiple times:

    """ 400 File exists writing SMstore file -- throttling """

    This has happened on and off several times in the past several hours.

    If a peer knows how to reach the paganini.bofh.team admin please forward.
