I noticed that it failed for another server too, but certain IPv6 mails
went through.
It seems that only IPv4 rDNS is affected, IPv6 works. Dunno why, I now disabled the rdns check.
Lookup on the os level is working, so I have to figure out why the MTA
cannot use the results. Thanks for notifying me.

- I have same trouble on paganini server I manage, I think it's the
local resolver fault (buggy? IDK). I solved using external resolver.

Looks like something else was also wrong on the 1st. Times are EDT, UTC-04:00.
I can confirm that it works when my mail server sends via IPv6, but
fails on IPv4 connections:
