I saw the key for hispagatos is not in https://ftp.isc.org/pub/pgpcontrol/PGPKEYS

The checkgroups comments say it is in https://news.hispagatos.org/pgpkey.txt

    And indeed, there it is.

This should be handled at ISC.
    Someone should contact them.

There is no "at ISC", which is just the location of the ftp server and
the host that distributes INN. What is "at ISC" is whatever Russ and
others had set up to be there.

Tell Julien, who would fix stuff like this. There's probably a way he
prefers to receive these requests so they get logged and then acted
upon, but I don't know what it is.

Heh. It was an ftp server a long time ago! I've been on Usenet for too
    long.

There's a mail address to contact at the end of Section 5 of this FAQ
    about Usenet hierarchy administration:
    https://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/faqs/usenet-hier.html

Nonetheless, writing to this newsgroup also works. Russ will deal with
the backlog when he has a bit of spare time.

ftp.isc.org still exists as an FTP server!
Though it is scheduled to be shut down in favour of a web server only,
    FTP is still available.
