Hello world :-)
The FreeCAD can now builds okay.. but I see no package in latest pkg..
after build from ports it also updates qt6 webview that then conflicts
with the packages on next upgrade these are removed.
Would it be possible to provide back package for FreeCAD or there is
some blocker that made it removed from packages if so when it can be
back?

pkg is not relevant to why freecad is not built and distributed. freecad depends on something with licensing issues. 6 packages are skipped for
builds because of (example from a fairly recent 143arm64-qurterly
builder run):

graphics/simage sets SIMAGE_MPEG2ENC_SUPPORT unconditionnally, and this should be modified. It should be an non-default option, so that the port could be packaged.
IrCOll try to submit a PR for that.
