• Incorrect mail passwords

Every once and awhile, I go to look at an email and a box pops up saying
the account has a wrong password. I can dismiss it and look at the mail
just fine. Then it seems to go back to working during the day just
fine. Anyone have any idea why this happens and what to look for. I
have imputed the password again in the past, FWIW.

I get this regularly too - with an MS AD account - and suspect it's down to excited MFA tokens or some other MFA trigger. By simply responding it sets
a refresh of the token which then no longer needs a password due to some
    other criteria already being met.

    It's bad UX.
