From Newsgroup: gnu.emacs.help

Hi,

I have got slightly lost in the cruft of my Emacs configuration and am
trying to work out which bit produces a pop-up of possible completions
when I type three letters, e.g. typing

Dat

will produce a pop-up with

abc Data
abc Date
abc Dateien
abc Dateisystem
abc Dateisystems
abc Daten
abc Datenbanken

presumably because all the words are in some open buffers.

What package provides this functionality?
