From Newsgroup: gnu.emacs.help

After git cloneing the mastodon emacs client:

https://codeberg.org/martianh/mastodon.el

The ReadMe says:


(add-to-list 'load-path "/path/to/mastodon.el/lisp")
(require 'mastodon)


But this "require" function does not work, so I removed it and attempted
to evaluate:

~/mastodon.el/lisp/mastodon.el

but it says "request" is required. How do I get this function? (and
probably the other functions "persist" and "ts"?)
