Small updates and fixes:

- Fix typo in word "ajastusviivat": now "ajatusviivat".

- Change author's contact information in README.md. Links to web page
and OpenPGP key.

- Simplify text paragraph in subsection "Erikoismerkkej|n".

- Remove footnote from Polyglossia hyphenation section and
hyphens=school. The text was about older versions of Polyglossia and
thus is not relevant anymore.

- Document Polyglossia's babelshorthand \= in section "Polyglossia ja
tavutus".

- Remove the last paragraph from Xelatex/Lualatex discussion in
"Lualatex ja Xelatex" section. It had no technical information.
