The package fddiagram is now available on CTAN.
The package typesets Functional Dependency diagrams straight from a
plain-text list of dependencies (left-hand side -> right-hand side);
the attribute universe, its ordering, and the diagram layout for
each dependency are all derived automatically. See the package
documentation for the full option reference and examples.
