This update extends mahjong-tiles with flower tiles and Japanese Mahjong score sticks.
Changes since CTAN version 2.2.0:
* Added flower tiles 0frCo8f, extending the standard notation from MPSZ to MPSZF.
* Added \stick for score stick decomposition and manually specified counts.
* Introduced aka=0/1/2, including support for two red five-pin tiles in concealed-kan shorthand.
* Extended upgraded-kan notation to control red-five placement in stacked tiles.
* Reorganised the documented sources and expanded the manual and examples.
