ENSLyonStage is a new LaTeX2e document class for M1/M2 biosciences internship reports at the |ecole Normale Sup|-rieure de Lyon. It provides a two-column PNAS-style layout with an automatic cover page, figure management commands, a biblatex/biber bibliography in PNAS style, and 22 colour themes. A blank template, a worked example, and a full user guide are included.
