setbuilder is a new package providing smart set-builder notation:
\set{x \given x > 0} typesets the braces and the separator bar
with correct spacing, offers automatic (\set*) and fixed
(\set[\Big]) scaling of both braces and separator, a "colon"
style option, and a synonym= option for name-conflict-free usage.
