promec-ufrgs is a new LaTeX class that packages the ABNT-compliant
thesis/dissertation formatting used by the Graduate Program in
Mechanical Engineering (PROMEC) at UFRGS (Brazil).
It extends abntex2 and abntex2cite, providing a ready-to-use cover
page, approval page, and pre-textual element sequence, so that
authors only edit their own data and content.
