Version 0.2 is a security patch release.
It removes an outdated external journal link because the target
is no longer trusted, updates maintainer contact information,
updates project links to Codeberg, and switches documentation
metadata to LuaLaTeX.
There are no intentional citation or bibliography formatting changes.
