Summary description: Draw structural cross-sections
Announcement text: ----------------------------------------------------------------------
TikZ-Sections is a TikZ-based LaTeX package for drawing structural engineering cross-sections. The package provides key-value commands for common cold-formed steel, hot-rolled steel, and reinforced-concrete section sketches, including channels, zees, RHS/SHS/CHS sections, universal beams and columns, plates, bars,
and basic reinforced-concrete rectangular and circular sections.
This release prepares the package for distribution on CTAN under the name `tikz-sections`. It introduces a clearer public command interface, package-safe
TikZ loading, improved placement and transformation keys, updated documentation
and examples, and a more consistent key-value API for structural section drawings.
