What are you doing right? That is, how are you attempting to do this?

    Ctrl-P ?
Save Page as, and having the file name end in pdf ?
    Print Screen ?

The page is not designed to be printed.

"Save As, Web Page Complete" will not work. If you watch,
the transfer during that, even has some trouble with the
static files, let alone anything else.

Some of the pages are delivered by AJAX or Fetch. They put
up a background image first, as part of "Discovery" and
"Making the user wait until the foreground image appears".
Then the foreground image is acquired via AJAX.

The PDF printer is intolerant of these behaviors and
every time you print, the page will be missing different
things. The PDF print will be a shambles, and not even
    remotely the correct length.

You can't cheat by using a large-sized virtual screen.
    Won't help.

If you open in Seamonkey Composer, using the URL, all the
    pictures are missing.

Don't waste your time, in other words.

I don't know if this will satifsy, but it looks pretty good to
me if I disable CSS, select all, copy, paste into Libre Office
Writer. From there it can be converted to PDF.

The items blob:https: that are grayed out, how would you get those ?

They must be grayed out for a reason (such as "not cached").

If you want to hunt through "cache2", maybe they are anonymized
and stored in there. But the presentation gives the impression
"not cached" means also, not stored in cache2 either, as otherwise
there would be no delays during any subsequent viewings of the page.

"Blob: https is not a protocol, but a string of tags generated by the
blob object in HTML5. The browser will parse the data contained in the blob object internally.

Each blob video has both a blob URL and a regular URL. For example:

    Blob URL: blob:https://www.youtube.com/e2f70957-e151-40c3-8582-65ac22bc3bbb
    Normal URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfXWsabC-54

    Blob URL: blob:https://twitter.com/b68eadeb-21be-4e78-8516-03ed37c066d1
    Normal URL: https://twitter.com/i/status/1778231962244907292

    Blob URL: blob:https://geo.dailymotion.com/a3472b30-57ff-4c7e-bd5c-0a520c5bbb5f
    Normal URL: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7b56dr
    "

There is some convoluted way, described here.

    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36534368/blob-url-to-image

I looked at what may be the file in cache2, but it is not a valid JPG
and there is evidence of some crypto thing at the end of the JPG file.

Interesting. I tried F9 on a few other busy pages such as HP.com and

The page is not designed to be printed.

I'd put it the other way round. The page is designed NOT to be printed.
The "venetian-blind" presentation of text and image involves Javascript
that cannot be represented in print (which is what PDF tries to do).

The only solution is to download the HTML, Tidy it to XML, and then
write some XSLT to pull it apart and isolate
image-text-image-text-image-tex, etc, then reformat it for (eg) LaTeX to
    print it.

Even Vivaldi's "Capture Page" feature fails to work.

The page was created by Google for Derbyshire Record Office. They should
be ashamed of themselves. Maybe a polite email (or better, a physical
paper letter sent by Recorded Delivery) would get a reply from them.
