  • Looking for TEC FB-503 or alignment info

    Does anyone know how do align a TEC FB-503 floppy drive? I just bought a Model 4D and its drives need aligning. If not is there anyone who'd be willing to sell one or two of the 503 drives (with or without faceplate)? I'd like to keep the 4D looking original and not replace the drives with the more common full-height Tandon TM-100 2A drives even though those are easy to maintain.

    the drive usually are TPI drives ina 503, nothing special about them, they align the same way all the other drives do, with an alignment disk and a scope
