Did you ever get these made up ? I'd be interested in purchasing a couple if they are available. Thanks

I'm getting one hundred (minimum order) domed 128K RAM
badges made for the TRS-80 Model 4 and Tandy Model 4D.
(Does the 4P have a RAM badge?) I only need a couple.

Is there anyone here who'd be interested in one or more?

They would be $0.90 each (my cost) which would include mailing
to the US and Canada. These are just the RAM badge itself
and don't include the aluminum tabs that fasten the badge to
the keyboard plate so you'd have to remove the old 64K badge
from your holder first if you wanted to mount it the same way as
    the original.

If you're interested, let me know via email (please put RAM Badge
in the subject line!) and I'll put your name on the list to be notified
when they come in. This doesn't obligate you to buy any. I don't
imagine I'll get rid of all ninety eight but, hey, I figured I'd give the people here a chance to buy them and recoup some of my expense.
