Isn't Lenovo made in China? It is nothing more than a spy machine.

Lenovo - Formerly the IBM PC Group, made in China.
    Dell - Made in China
    HP - Made in China
    ACER - Made in China
    MSI - Made in China
    Apple - Made in China
    Asus - Made in China
Fujitsu - Made in China and Japan
Microsoft Surface - USA > China > 2026 moving out of China.

Lenovo makes a pretty solid product and they rank third in the US market.
They also sell a lot of rebranded products from Dot Hill, LSI / NetApp, Brocade, Quanta, IBM Storwize / Spectrum, SuperMicro and others.

Hitachi will never admit it, but they sold a rebranded Lenovo blade system until they came up with their own. Pictures and part numbers don't lie.

Companies don't have much of a choice but to build in countries like
China where people are paid dirt since they are often competing with
other manufacturers to make a $8-$12 profit on a machine. I don't like
it, but I understand the necessity.

    it's a dream !

i hope a day, we 'll have a nvme enclosure.

    :)

so, may be you could say us what is your load manager ?

    I don't use one.

The M58p doesn't have a UEFI BIOS, so F12, select the eSATA device.

If you want a more modern experience, use a Lenovo M700. It has both Legacy and UEFI with eSATA support. Again, F12, select boot device.
The M700 is configured for UEFI boot and runs any EUFI OS, currently
    W11, Linux, ESXi, etc.

    Zzzz.

I don't know what you meant by an NVMe enclosure. I have one with a
cable ending at a USB-A plug. I used it as a backup before removing the

The Opnsense firewall is made in America. You can block Windows 10
and all of China with it. I have blocked over 1150 networks that W10
has accessed over to past year. I still get 1 or 2 new ones from time
to time. I also block W10 from sending out the names of the software I
am starting/using, although that breaks the W10 search routing that I
    never use anyway.
