And WHY would HP make the decision to stop supporting MacOS, a

    Nevertheless, they did.

That is a lie. It is the only printer they sell that is not
    Mac-supported ...

First you claim my statement is a lie. And immediately follow it with
a statement that admits the truth of what I just said.

Huh? You said above HP DID stop supporting Mac OS. The HP printer app installed on MY MacBook Air supports essentially every modern HP printer
using a wifi connection sold in the U.S., and has for years. Older
printers requiring USB or Ethernet connections may require additional
    steps beyond the HP app.

My Envy Photo 7855 and Laserjet MFP M140W work on Mac OS just like they
did on my last Windows machine. The Mac OS version of the HP printer app
is actually much easier to use than the Windows version.

I would note that the an HP all-in-one printer purchased about 2005 quit working on Windows in about 2020 when the HP driver stopped working
after a Windows update. HP did not update the driver. I had to trash the printer. Does that mean HP has abandoned Windows?

Prove me wrong. Find another modern HP printer that is not supported on
    Mac OS.

I didnrCOt say they stopped supporting the Mac *completely*, did I? Nevertheless, their support is obviously not complete.

every modern HP printer using a wifi connection sold in the U.S.,

Obviously the world is a bit bigger than the USA. And HP sells
somewhat more printers than the ones you can use on your Mac.

And you think companies "completely" support Linux? Do you think they offer Linux support on all their computers? Where do they say they back the Omen Hub key or programmable macro keys on Linux? They support their fingerprint
readers on Linux? They back their Bang & Olufsen tuned chips on Linux? Please show this!

    And?
