I don't accept that. He accepted my payment (just a short time
    ago)

It doesn't matter if you accept it or not. The facts are still the
same. You have attacked his software and him personally as well as
his company, multiple times right here.

    Dustin,

I?m happy to concede that my past criticism of EtreCheck has been
sharp, and I accept that repeating suspicions can be wearying for
    the group.

That said, I won't be intimidated. Your talk of legal teams,
bankruptcy, and physical "curb stomping" is beneath the dignity of
this forum. I have spent my working life in the Royal Navy and as
an IFA; I am not easily rattled by Usenet threats, but I will call
    them what they are: inappropriate.

You are a skilled developer, and I?ve learned from you over the
years. But that doesn't make your word the final law on what
constitutes "stalking." I had a consumer disagreement regarding a
paid license? nothing more, nothing less.

Let's lower the temperature. I have no interest in harassing anyone
or pursuing legal vendettas. I will continue to post my opinions,
but I will not be engaging with further abuse.

    Fair winds,

    ?-
    David Brooks

I do not fully disagree with Gremlin -- but he is far worse! Look at
how he attacks me. He makes up the most insane lies (or accepts these
lies from the likes of Carroll) and repeats them over and over.
Driving record and legal issue nonsense, lack of business licenses or
whatever... just utter fantasies on his part. And going FAR beyond
anything you have ever done -- he paid for People Finder sites and
doxxed not just me and my ex, but people who merely shared her last
name but have no relation to me.

He is crying you do a tiny, tiny fraction of what he does... and
    judging you but not himself.

It sure didn't take you long before you dragged your obsession with
Carroll into what was a reasonable thread.

And once again you tell porkies about your criminal and civil record.
They are not fantasies and are easily documented by requesting public information from the court clerk. Oh and you also have traffic
violations in Tuscon Mr. 182 E Manlove #9 no registration for that
one. And Las Vegas as well Mr. 4255.

Go ahead and deny it Michael L. Glasser BD July 1969.
I've already told you that my information doesn't come from consumer
"People Finder Sites" however it is all public information.

    Muhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhha!

Snit will run from this because you have salted the post with enough information to let him know you have the evidence.
I suggest you post the entire dossier and torpedo snit once and for all.
Snit is a gadfly that just won't die. He needs some help which is where
your validated information comes into play.
    It's your decision though.
Either way, snit won't be having a good night rest for a few days.

Surely you jest. That thing will just lie and deny. It has no shame.

Wishful thinking on my part. I'm a glass half full type of person but I
do recognize a dishonest piece of shit when I see one and this snit kook
    is certainly one.

When I first encountered him and his posts I assumed he was either a kid having fun trolling or a mental retard.
I quickly learned that he is the latter. Why someone would spend many
years trolling is not logical. He must have no life or at the very least
the life he does have is a miserable one.

Notice neither of you even try... which is weird you have that as a goal:
prove someone who does you no harm wrong in ways that are not relevant.

    But still: you fail.

    Utterly fail.

But you make it even more clear what you trolls want: attention.

And you will run from that. Count on it.

Oh, and your info... you pull it out of your ass. THAT is where it is from. Shove it back.
