If you have a sufficient stack of ACPA's: go for it.
The TMS processor is *theoretically* a pretty advanced piece of kit for
its time and was far ahead of the simple signal processors used on
mainstream cards like SoundBlaster back then - but it was never really supported the way it should have been.
I still have an Ultimedia Bermuda-77 on the bench running W98 and I put
the ACPA/A in it, because it had a dead original card. And the ACPA was
the first best I could get.
