I had the bright idea of creating a Director menu option that would
allow me to toggle between *Alphabet Latin1 and *Alphabet UTF8 without
having to open a taskwindow or type anything (in potentially the wrong alphabet).
However, although it seems to work, every time I click on that menu
option a singletasking window opens with the title DirectorRun, forcing
a complete redraw of the desktop when it closes. The documentation (!Director.Docs.!Commands) states that "Commands are GSTransed before
being run as a WimpTask", but this doesn't seem to be a WimpTask?
