Does PhotoDesk have a Commit button or equivalent?

I load an image, work on it and save it. Sometimes it saves my work
but frequently it doesn't, it saves an image untouched by my efforts.
It's as though it needs me to tell it to commit but I can't find
anything like that in the application or the manual.

    I'm missing something obvious aren't I?

    Cheers,

    Bob.

Well, are you missing section 2.6 'Fixing', on page 4 of the Chris Terran manual? to whit: "To fix an image, press the space bar."

That fixes your changes so that they cannot be undone, and prepares you
for saving the changed image to a file.

Wow Bernard thank you. I didn't know about that so it probably is my
    fix.

    Thanks again.

    Bob.
