I managed to get !NetSurf working again on my ARMX6.

    1) JavaScript should not be disabled in the choice panel.
    2) In SCSI::SSD.$.!Boot.Choices.WWW.Netsurf directory:
I deleted both cookies and URL files (you can make a backup of them)

Note : !Netsurf writes these files when closing the application, so it
must be done without !Netsurf being running.

By relaunching !Netsurf you have access to Google search, don't ask me
    why!

    !Netsurf verion 3.11 (28th Dec 2023)

I had the same problem with a RPi4 (ePic), finally I installed !NetSurf
with a copy from my ARMX6, and it works.
If the recommended method does not work with your ARMX6, I can send you a copy.

Ironically Netsurf *does* work Google Search with JavaScript enabled -
at least for the moment. Presumably it doesn't implement sufficient of
the JS script involved to reach the captcha stage.

I just tried this method with !Iris and it works!

    1) backup your folder
    SCSI::SSD.$.!Boot.Choices.WWW.Iris

    2) Run !Iris

    3) Do a Google search
You get a captcha, click on the left part of it to obtain an animated
    arc.
The arc keeps spinning (Iris problem...?)

4)close the window and do a Google search again
You get a Google page asking for acceptance or rejection, I clicked on rejection.

    5) Now if you do a Google search it happens normally.

6 ) If you need it you can retrieve the information from your !Iris
    choices backup

    Note 1:
Accessing Google from Risc OS Open has the same problem!!! =>ko
    Note 2:
Oddly enough! Browse doesn't have these issues...even without JavaScript.

Interesting - that works here as well, and is the reverse of what I
would expect (though it still doesn't get me past the 'do you accept
cookies' check for results found on Reddit, sadly, where neither
    'Accept'aor 'Reject' has any effect!)

Normally sites compare the user agent to a list of known 'supported'
values, and proceed to reject anything else....

Interestingly, it seems that both front page and query URL allow you to
type full-length into the search box provided you use the new option to
disable CSS in Netsurf - it's just a pain that (as with JavaScript) one
can only do this globally via the application choices rather than on an individual browser window basis.
