    Hi,

Anyone use SyncDiscs by David Pilling & Chris Johnson.

    I often get a type=5 error message.

Sometimes it says it's completed but with an error message.

FAST Pi Compute Module 4 RISC OS 5.29

I can't interpret what's going on and there was no info about error
    messages in the helpfile.

Reporter output extract and error message below.

    I often get a type=5 error message.

That's the C Runtime's way of saying "Abort on Data Transfer", IIRC.

I can't interpret what's going on and there was no info about error
    messages in the helpfile.

Have you tried asking Chris J?

    Thanks for the elucidation.

Chris J not yet. I thought I'd ask the learned ones here first.
    I will try Chris now.
