    On AIX I have
    ntpd 4.2.8p15@1.3728-o Fri Oct 13 09:45:03 UTC 2023 (20)

    The IBM documentation does not specify how restrict is handled for IPv6 addresses.

    It should be the same as with an IPv4 net, using a mask, e.g.

    restrict 2001:0db8:85a3:1234:: mask ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:: nomodify

    The IPv6 addresses can be also enclosed in brackets.
