INIServe (freeware) has been updated to version 3.0. You can get it from

INIServe is a client/server approach to the remote editing of INI or TNI
files. You need it if you are running (for example) Weasel or FtpServer
on one machine but want to manage it from another machine. Source code is included.

The new feature in this version is that the command for moving a file or
a directory tree can now handle the case where source and destination
are on different drives.
