    Which is how patents are expected to work. It is hard to produce and
    sell goods secretly. For a short time you are banned and violations
    should be visible. Then the ban expires and everyone can manufacture.
    The Constitution explains this as it gives Congress power of patent law.
    It subsidises innovation that benefits everyone longterm.
