    Hi,

Finally put my RC2014 kit computer together and now running CP/M
on it. Very happy with the result.

    Made a video about it:

    Cheers,

Very cool to see it working.
WordStar and CBASIC and Supercalc, I presume?

I have yet to try WordStar and Supercalc, but I did install msbasic on
it and ran that, plus a bunch of text editors. It's a lot of fun.

    Cheers,

This is really cool! What terminal emulation does the RC2014 use?

The RC2014 is like the old type CP/M systems in that the terminal end was actually separate hardware.

My Kaypros, for example, have a "terminal emulator" built in to handle the keyboard and screen and the computer part of the machine simply talks to
    it.

For the RC2014, you the options of adding a board that does the terminal emulation. The ones that I have all do VT100. Or you can just leave off
the board and connect via the serial interface using whatever terminal you want.
