  • using newest virtualbox

    I have noticed , that after installing newest virtualbox 7.1.10 coherent virtual machine, using for example kernel cohtestSAQ95z, does NOT boot.
    So I had to go back to version 7.1.6.

    BTW the gopher server accesible via

    gopher telefisk.org
    lynx gopher://telefisk.org

    contains archive of old coherent software.

    Well, today suddenly virtualbox 7.1.6 produces error message during start.
    The same problem woth Fedora Server 42 virtual machine. So I decided to check virtualbox forums. Problem is known and I found super advice, namely
    to install newest test build from

    http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds

    So I have downloaded testbuild for Windows, it was version 7.1.13
    and then installed it. Works like a charm.
