    A court verdict is dragging Google, kicking and screaming, into the
    era of allowing actual alternative Android app-store apps into its

    As usual, the regulatory environment (or lack of it) in the US is very different from what it is elsewhere. Typically, customers outside the
    US get the benefit of a more consumer-friendly attitude from the
    authorities.
