I don't think it's you. He specifically pointed to that feed.
Probably because of its controversies.

rCLControversiesrCY being mostly figments of the imagination of the right-wing haters. Imagine getting upset over a reading of the US
Declaration of Independence! YourCOd think those who count themselves as loyal USians would be familiar with their own founding document. And
yet they thought the words were some kind of rCLpropagandarCY being
targeted at their beloved dict^H^H^H^Hleader.
To quote Bugs Bunny: rCLWhat a maroon!rCY

Nothing, just add oldernow to your kill
file and get it over with :) oldernow always
turns threads into political flame wars in
non-political newsgroups.

Are there any RSS feeds that don't do this?

Feeds that are configured to serve the full content. Also, I think I've
read somewhere that there's a limitation in RSS that makes it so that
you can only serve either a summary or the full content, but that Atom
allows this.
I do most of my feed reading via Gmane and Feedbase, and to be fair, for
a few sites, even if I have to get to the full content separately, it
still helps to have the read-unread tracking of the newsreader.

No, though the name "description" for the element which contains
the text in RSS suggests it doesn't contain the full article, the
RSS standard states that either usage is valid:

Decent feed readers can be set to grab the page at the link and present
that to you instead of whatever summary is contained within the feed. FreshRSS, for instance, can do that in a manner customizable for each website.
