    Result:

    TEST.c(17): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'NOT.xns': No
    such file or directory

    With Harbour:

    TEST.prg(3) Error E0030 Syntax error "syntax error at ','"
    TEST.prg(4) Error E0011 ENDDO does not match WHILE
