    The problem wasn't nsf2.4.0 rather msys2.

    I deleted and installed msys2 new.

    Now nx 2.4.0 is working.

    I tried to compile nsf2.4.0:
    -a-a-a-a-a ./confiure does not found tclConfig.sh, OK.

    I compiled tcl 9.0.3 with success.
    Then I tried to compile nsf2.4.0:
    -a-a-a-a./configure says it's no possible to make an executable.


    Any ideas?
