How is Signal Handling done in tcl?

I have just read the very old sh tutorial Bourne, and there is a
    trap command.

    I use https://github.com/wjoye/tclsignal/

It would be nice to have signal handling in the core. But all past
attempts to add it have failed because of technical difficulties to make
it work under all circumstances. However, the package mentioned above
does generally work, in my experience.

Expect and TclX also include facilities for signal handling.
