    Agent Coordinator is an independent, MIT-licensed, per-user Codex skill for long coding jobs whose work needs explicit dependencies and recoverable local progress. Codex remains the controller; a bundled Python runtime owns the workflow state and validates its mutations.

    The current source provides:

    * a bounded acyclic work graph with recorded requirements, dependencies,
    write scopes, acceptance criteria, and check commands;
    * revisioned local state and exact-revision writes;
    * mutation and launch records so an uncertain persistence operation or
    delegated launch can be reconciled before a retry;
    * JSON-producing read-only list, status, context, and next commands; and
    * positive and negative closeout checks supplied by the workflow author.

    Those checks are repeatable engineering evidence, not a formal correctness proof. Specialist agents are optional; the same node lifecycle can run inline when delegation is unavailable or not useful.

    Requirements: Codex and Python 3.11 or newer. The Python runtime has no third-party runtime packages. The repository-owned installer installs the
    skill for the current user, keeps private state under the user's home directory, and does not edit Codex settings. Agent Coordinator does not invoke or inspect Git.

    This announcement intentionally identifies the reviewed source commit. The repository's v3.0.0 release is nine commits older and is not the source described here. CI for the identified commit completed its Python 3.11 lint
    and test matrix on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
