Seems Adobe has dropped nearly all the PostScript reference
documentation from its website. However, a collection of links to
where they may be found has been compiled at <https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73306647/postscript-blue-book>.
In addition, the older second edition of the PostScript language
reference (which still describes Display PostScript) is available from <https://www.os2site.com/sw/dev/openwatcom/docs/postscript_level_2_reference_manual.pdf>.
