<div>Hello, so i have retroarch for a few weeks now and im having an issue when runing pcsx2 on retroarch. All the games i try to play start and all but imediately have an extreme lag and audio problems, not to mention a few bugged textures here and there. Now, when running pcsx2 by itself, everything goes as it should, no lag or any issues whatssoever so my guess is that it is some issue between the emulator and retroarch.</div><div></div><div></div><div>When I downloaded the pcsx2-0.9.8-r4594-linux.tar.gz I extracted it in the home directory and run the launch_pcsx2_linux.sh file, it closed immediately. When I open GNOME-terminal and typed in: ./launch_pcsx2_linux.sh I got the following error:</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>pcsx2 download for pc</div><div></div><div>Download Zip: https://t.co/MRpsnBXwaP </div><div></div><div></div><div>One just download it from the pcsx2 site, extract it in your home folder, and run the launch_pcsx2_linux.sh(X86 only). here is the pcsx2.desktop file save it in /usr/share/applications/ or in your /home/your username/.local/share/applications/. Edit the file, where it says your username change it to your actual username, and the actual path to the binary.</div><div></div><div></div><div>If the PCSX2 doesn't work for you, try the pcsx2-unstable package. One thing you need to do, when configuring PCSX2, is add BIOS files. You will get a window that asks for these BIOS files. You will need to provide legal BIOSes yourself!</div><div></div><div></div><div>So I went back to the pcsx2_container and copied the library to my home directory. In the container, the libOpenGL.so.0 is a simbolic link to libOpenGL.so.0.0.0.</div><div></div><div></div><div>ok so a lot of the time i have problems with gameing ide like to figure it out i have a asus tuf fx505dy laptop it has a ryzen 5 3550h cpu and a rx560x gpu. when i play games in steaam like bloodstained ritual of the night under proton for a while at random sometimes 5 minutes in sometimes its ovr a few hours. the fps will drop and then my audio stutters a lot and when i close the game it affects my entire laptop system wide everything from any other game i try and play to just desktop affects this lag wont go away. it even happens when i play some games or emulators like pcsx2 or dolphin or ppsspp dosent matter what it is. this problem dose not go away untill i reboot my laptop and even sometimes the whole laptop will freeze and ill see green bars on the screen with what looks like toher applications that have previously closed. i would like to fix this problem as soon as i can or find out how. please help me thank you.</div><div></div><div></div><div>omg thanks so much. I tried to set it up on my laptop only to get the boot loop issue and this actually helped. so this will help with anyone who is having this issue. although one thing to point out would be to uncheck read only on the pcsx2 folder as mine would not change until i did so.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Also does anybody tried using the pcsx2 internal recording? Its glitchy for some reason. The video is only a split second long but the length is days (i.e a six second video is indicated as 49 hours). The wav file records fine though</div><div></div><div></div><div>The legacy memory cards folder is only used if Mcd001.ps2 and/or Mcd002.ps2 is detected in retroarch/system/pcsx2/memcards/ and the "Memory Card: Slot N" core option is set to "Legacy".</div><div></div><div>This can be useful if you were using an older version of the core that didn't use the saves folder yet, or if you transferred the memcards folder directly from standalone.</div><div></div><div> df19127ead</div>
