Several area agencies are experiencing phone outages as there is a
widespread outage on multiple networks.
What we know is that both Wayne and Edwards County are having issues
with phone lines as Clearwave is reporting an area-wide outage. White
County SheriffrCOs Department as well as Carmi Police are also down. 911 Service is up according to Edwards County Officials. White County
